Vedica's book emphasizes the necessity of living life and experiencing it through one's beliefs. This is not a Bible or a guide to follow. It's not even a list of instructions compiled for you. It is to remind you to live life on your own terms.
My Review:
This book is a collection of guidelines the author wants to convey to her daughter as a mother, who wants her daughter to grow with a great personality. For each alphabet, there is a corresponding word selected, which the author thinks would represent the most important thing for her daughter to know. Each article has been carefully created with her mother being credited for things she was taught in her childhood. This book is a must-read for parents, as it somehow gives you a thumbs up if you're doing parenting right, or give you tips to deal better. Overall, this is a wonderful collection of articles and one of the really good collections of parenting books.
Of all these articles, my favorite ones are - Attitude, Courage, Hope, Need For Such Schools Today..., and Why It's Important To Teach Our Children To Say 'NO'.
